骨科患者便秘的原因分析及护理干预

Analysis of the Causes of Constipation in Patients in Department of Orthopedics and Nursing Intervention

目的探讨骨科患者便秘的原因,并给予相应的护理干预。方法选取我院2013年1月-2015年12月收治的89例骨折患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析骨科患者便秘的原因及护理效果。结果骨科患者便秘的原因：环境及姿势的改变、伤口疼痛、药物影响等;60岁以上人群便秘率92.31%与41-50岁、51-59岁便秘率比较,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论骨科患者发生便秘的因素很多,以老年患者居多,通过针对性护理干预,可减少便秘的发生。

Objective To investigate the causes of constipation in patients in Department of orthopedics, and to give the corresponding nursing intervention. Methods Selected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 treated 89 cases of fracture patients, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, analysis of the causes of constipation and nursing effect of patients in Department of orthopedics. Results Department of orthopedics patients with constipation causes： changes in the environment and posture, wound pain, drug effects, etc. At the age of 60 years old people constipation rate of 92.31% and 41 to 50 years old, 51 to 59 years old constipation rate comparison, the difference has statistical significance, P0.05. Conclusion There are many factors for the occurrence of constipation in the Department of orthopedics, the majority of elderly patients, through targeted nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of constipation.
