静脉留置针在小儿护理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application Effect of Venous Indwelling Needle in Pediatric Nursing

目的研究小儿输液护理中实行静脉留置针的效果。方法收集我院自2015年4月-2016年4月收治的42例输液患儿,依据患儿入院时间将其随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组输液护理中实行传统头皮针,研究输液护理中实行静脉留置针输液穿刺,对比两组患儿实行不同输液穿刺后的临床效果。结果研究组患儿满意度是95.23%,静脉炎发生率为4.76%,对照组患儿满意度是61.90%,静脉炎发生率为33.33%,研究组各项指标均优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论小儿输液护理中应用静脉留置针技术具有显著效果,可以降低患儿输液的痛苦和恐惧,减少护理工作量,提升护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric infusion nursing. Methods In our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 admitted 42 cases of infusion of children, according to the time of admission of children were randomly divided into study group and control group, control group of infusion care in the implementation of traditional scalp acupuncture, research infusion care in the implementation of intravenous indwelling needle infusion puncture, compared to two groups of children with different clinical effects after infusion. Results The study group patients satisfaction was 95.23%, the incidence of phlebitis was 4.76%, patients in the control group satisfaction was 61.90%, the incidence of phlebitis was 33.33%, the research group was better than the control group, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric infusion nursinghas a significant effect, can reduce the pain and fear of infusion in children, reduce the workload of nursing and improve the nursing satisfaction.
