摘要
目的观察侧俯卧位三孔法胸腔镜下微创食管癌切除术的护理配合效果。方法将2014年12月-2015年5月在我院接受治疗的36例食管癌患者作为研究对象,对患者采用侧俯卧位三孔法胸腔镜微创手术进行食管癌治疗,并对手术的护理配合进行观察分析。结果 36例患者手术的平均切口长度为(3.5±1.5)cm,平均出血量为(202.3±21.8)ml、平均淋巴清扫数为(26.2±7.5)个,住院时间为(7.8±2.3)d。结论在采用侧俯卧位三孔法胸腔镜进行食管癌微创手术时配合规范、细致的护理,对手术的创口、出血量、手术效果等能起到显著的促进作用,利于患者术后恢复。
Objective To observe the side effect of nursing position in minimally invasive esophagectomy with three hole method under thoracoscope. Methods From 36 cases of patients with esophageal cancer from December 2014 to May 2015 in my hospital as the research object, the patients with lateral posture three hole method of thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of esophageal cancer, and nursing to surgery combined with observation and analysis. Results The average length of incision surgery for 36 patients(3.5±1.5) cm, the average amount of bleeding was(202.3±21.8) ml, the average for all dissection(26.2±7.5), hospitalization time was(7.8±2.3) d. Conclusion Three hole thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery of esophageal carcinoma with standard of care and meticulous in the side of the stomach, surgical wound, bleeding volume, operation effect can play a significant role in promoting for patients with postoperative recovery.
