循证护理在老年全髋关节置换术并发症预防中的应用

Application of Evidence-Based Nursing in Prevention of Complications in Elderly Patients With Total Hip Replacement

目的探讨循证护理在老年全髋关节置换术并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选择2013年9月-2016年7月我院收治的行全髋关节置换术患者26例,应用循证方法进行循证护理实践,分析疼痛、静脉栓塞、假体脱位、压疮等术后常见的并发症的原因并进行护理干预。结果 26例患者,发生轻度深静脉血栓1例,发生肺部感染1例,其余24例均未发生术后并发症。结论循证护理可降低老年全髋关节置换术术后并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the prevention of complications in the elderly patients with total hip replacement. Methods From September 2013 and July 2016 in our hospital for total hip arthroplasty in 26 cases, the application of evidencebased methods of evidence-based nursing practice, analysis of the causes of common complications of pain, venous thrombosis, prosthesis dislocation, postoperative bedsore and nursing intervention. Results 26cases of patients, 1 case of mild deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary infection occurred in 1 case, and the remaining 24 cases did not occur postoperative complications. Conclusion Evidence based nursing care can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement.
