开花与未开花小琴丝竹叶片性状的比较 被引量:4

摘要 研究比较了自然状态下开花与未开花小琴丝竹叶片的性状。结果表明:开花小琴丝竹与未开花小琴丝竹相比,游离脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量分别升高了10.3%和9.5%,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量分别下降了15.3%和19.2%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别下降了37.2%、46.2%和0.4%;叶绿素a含量下降了52.7%,叶绿素b含量下降了75.5%;叶片的质膜相对透性(RPMP)和水分饱和亏缺(WSD)升高了836.8%和92.3%,组织相对含水量(RWC)下降了12.2%;叶片保水力(失水率)低于未开花竹子,开花小琴丝竹离体叶片经24 h失水率达100%,而未开花小琴丝竹叶片失水率同样达到100%的时间只要14.5 h。 The leaf characteristics of flowering and non-flowering Bambusa multiplex ‘Alphonse-Karr' were studied. The results showed that in the flowering leaves, the free proline and MDA content increased respectively by 10.3% and 9.5% , and the soluble protein and soluble sugar content decreased by 15. 3% and 19. 2%. Meanwhile, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) , peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities decreased respectively by 37.2% , 46.2% and 0.4% , the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content decreased respectively by 52.7% and 75.5%, the relative permeability of plasma membrane (RPMP) and water saturation deficit (WSD) increased respectively by 836.8% and 92.3%, the tissue relative water content ( RWC ) decreased by 12.2%. The water holding capacity ( loss rate) of the isolated flowering leaves was lower than that of the non-flowering. The water loss rate of the flowering leaves took 24 h to reach 100%, while the no-flowering leaves needed only 14.5 h.
