摘要
测定不同浓度的精制竹醋液对平菇细菌性褐斑病菌的抑制作用以及对平菇菌丝生长的影响以及田间验证。结果表明10%精制竹醋液不仅具有明显的抑菌效果而且能促进平菇菌丝的生长。研究结果为精制竹醋液作为平菇细菌性褐斑病的防治药剂研发奠定基础。
Plate and field efficacy tests were conducted to evaluate the effects of refined bamboo vinegar at various concentrations on the brown blotch disease of Pleurotus ostreatus caused by Pseudornonas tolaasii. The results showed that the refined bamboo vinegar at 10% concentration not only had obvious antibacterial effect, but also promoted the growth of mushroom mycelia. This indicated that the refined bamboo vinegar can be used as an antibacterial agent of the brown blotch disease of Pleurotus ostreatus.
