摘要
采用Gleeble热/力模拟试验、结合金相及硬度分析结果绘制了370MPa级10CrNiCu铸钢连续冷却曲线。结果表明,10CrNiCu铸钢在较宽的冷却速度范围内存在粒状贝氏体组织,对于大壁厚铸钢很难通过热处理消除。铸钢在不同冷却速度下硬度的变化规律,可采用玻尔兹曼函数较好的描述。
Continuous cooling transformation diagram of 370MPa 10CrNiCu casting was developed based on Gleeble thermal/mechanical simulation test,and the analysis results of microstructure and hardness. Results show that the cooling rate within a certani wide range can contribute to the appearance of granular boinite,and the granular bainite can hardly be removed by heat treatment. The variation of hardness at cooling rates can be well described by Boltzmann function.
