摘要 气象灾害是破坏电网系统稳定的重要原因之一,给电网设施造成了严重的危害和损失。电网GIS平台是国家电网公司智能电网的重要支撑平台,能够实现智能电网设备的地理位置精确定位、属性状态结构化管理和可视化展现。为降低气象灾害对智能电网的不良影响,国网山东省电力公司将精细化气象数据引入到电网GIS平台之中,采用先进的RUC(快速更新循环)预报、SWAN(短时临近预报)等技术,建立智能电网防灾减灾信息系统,提高智能电网供电可靠性,确保智能电网运行安全。 The meteorological disaster is an important factor, which can cause serious grid infrastructure damage and loss. Grid GIS is an important support platform for the smart grid, which can pinpoint locations of smart grid devices, and realize the structured management and visual display for status. In order to reduce adverse effects of meteorological disasters on the smart grid, the weather data is introduced into the Grid GIS platform by State Grid Shandong electric power company. Using advanced RUC (Rapid Update Cycle) forecast and SWAN (nowcasting) technology, the smart grid disaster prevention information system was established to improve smart grid reliability and ensure the safe operation of smart grid.
