摘要
本文以江苏扬州地区为例,通过"事前预征、事中监管、事后结算"的方式,开征建筑工地扬尘排污费,调动建设单位、施工企业加大对工地防尘设施的经济投入,创新模式,成为建筑工地扬尘治理的有效经济杠杆措施。
In this paper, Jiangsu Yangzhou is regarded as an example. Dust discharge cost in construction site is Levied through the modes of ＇advanced prediction, mid-regulation and post-settlement＇. Construction units and construction enterprises are mobilized to increase economic investment in dust control facilities of construction site and innovate mode, which have become powerful eco- nomic leverage measures of dust control in the construction site.
