幕墙工程的造价审核,不同于装饰工程造价的审核,造价审核人员应从幕墙工程的结构入手,对幕墙工程的系统进行分析,对幕墙工程的定额套用做出合理判断,审核中应抓住幕墙工程的组价特点,对幕墙组价关键部件单独测算单独计价,确保幕墙工程造价的审核质量。
Curtain wall engineering cost audit is different from audit of decoration engineering cost. Cost audit personnel should ana- lyze curtain wall engineering system from the structure of curtain wall engineering. Quota use of curtain wall engineering is rationally judged. Price combination features of curtain wall engineering should be controlled during audit.
