摘要
发展工业化建筑已成为未来中国建筑业发展的一大主向,同时给传统建设工程计价依据带来结构性冲击。提出在当前工业化建筑发展的初期,基于"信息为主、定额为辅"的计价市场化思路,构建工业化建筑计价体系,待工业化建筑发展至一定规模及成熟度时,最终形成功能化、系列化的工业化建筑计价依据机制。
Development of industrialized building has become one of major directions of construction industry development in China. Meanwhile, it impacts structure of traditional construction project valuation basis. It is proposed that valuation market-based concept of 'being based on information and assisted by quota' is adopted at the beginning of current industrialization construction develop- ment, industrialization building valuation system is constructed, when the industrialization construction is developed to certain scale and maturity, functional and series industrialization construction valuation basis mechanism can be finally formed.
