长江经济带工业绿色发展水平差异及其分解——基于2004～2013年108个城市的比较研究

The Difference and Decomposition of Industrial Green Development Level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt——Based on the Comparative Study of 108 Cities from 2004 to 2013

采用熵权-TOPSIS模型评估长江经济带108个地级市2004—2013年的工业绿色发展水平，运用锡尔指数分析长江经济带三大城市群间以及三大城市群内部工业绿色发展水平差异特征及构成。结果表明：近10年长江经济带工业绿色发展水平总体差异有所缩小，2004-2010年总体差异缩小受益于三大城市群间差异缩小，2011-2013年总体差异缩小趋缓受制于城市群内部差异扩大；近10年三大城市群间差异呈缩小之势，长三角与中三角、泛成渝的差异明显改善；近10年三大城市群内部差异持续扩大，政府绿色政策支撑和工业绿色增长度的差异扩大引起城市群内部差异扩大。

This paper evaluates industrial green development level in 108 cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2004 to 2013 by entropy weight-TOPSIS model, and analyzes the characteristics of those differences of the Belt by Theil in- dex. The results show that, the overall difference of the Belt has been narrowed, which benefited from the narrowing differ- ences between urban agglomerations from 2004 to 2010 and subjected to the expanding of inner city groups from 2011 to 2013 ;differentia between urban agglomerations has been improved; internal differences between inner city groups have been expanding and the increasing differences of government＇s green policy and of industrial green growth are reasons for expanded disparity.
