摘要
由于局部遮挡的影响,光伏阵列I-V特性曲线呈多阶梯状,并且其P-V特性曲线包含多峰值,因此,常规光伏阵列模型已经不适用。以光伏电池工程模型为基础,建立了适用于局部阴影条件的光伏阵列模型。利用该模型,对光伏阵列输出特性进行简要分析,结果表明:局部阴影对光伏阵列输出特性的影响因光照强度,温度,阴影数量和阴影分布情况的不同而有所差异。
In the case of the partial occlusion, the I-V characteristic curve of the PV array is presented with multi steps, and its P-V characteristic curves contain multiple peaks. So the conventional PV array model has not been applied. Based on the engineering model of photovoltaic cells, a photovoltaic array model for partial shading is established. Using the model, the output characteristics of PV array are briefly analyzed. Simulation results show that the influences of partial shading on the output characteristics of PV array are different in the light intensity, temperature, the number of shadow and the distribution of the shadow.
