基于云理论的电力生产安全评估

摘要 鉴于安全评判具有模糊和随机属性,文章提出以云理论为模型框架来对电力生产进行安全性评估。首先统筹建立评估指标体系,并采用主客观相结合的方法来分配指标权重;接着以云模型为主体,引入可拓学物元理论,建立不确定环境下分析电力生产安全状态的定量模型;最后佐以算例验证。 In view of the safety evaluation is with fuzzy and stochastic properties, the article proposes the cloud model theory as the frame work for safety assessment of electricity production. First, the article co-ordinate the establishment of evaluation index system, and uses a combination of subjective and objective methods to assign index weight; then analyzes the quantitative model of the security status of electricity production as the main cloud model, introduced extenics matter element theory, uncertain environment; and finally accompanied by numerical example.
