摘要
核电厂电气贯穿件工厂试验中的绝缘电阻试验、工频耐压试验和导体连续性试验基本依靠人工完成,耗费了大量的人力和财力资源。电气贯穿件工厂试验自动控制系统是以西门子S7-300系列PLC为核心的试验平台,对电气贯穿件产品SAK4型号端子的试验程序进行改良,实现试验过程的自动化,提升了电气贯穿件的产品竞争力。
The insulation resistance test, withstand voltage test and conductor continuity test of the electrical penetration assembly of the nuclear power plant are basically depend on manual completion, which spend a lot of human and financial resources. Electrical penetration assembly's factory test automatic control system develops a test platform with the core of Siemens S7-300 series PLC, improves the test procedure of SAK4 terminals, achieves test process automation, promote product competitiveness of electrical penetration assembly.
