Comprehensive Evaluation Index System for Annual Operation Mode of Smart Distribution Network

智能配电网中将大量出现分散的分布式电源,需求侧资源也将广泛、主动参与到电网优化运行中。新一轮电力体制改革的启动,我国智能配电网的年度正常运行方式编制需增加考虑分布式电源、需求侧资源的影响。由此形成智能配电网年度正常方式安排原则,并提出综合评价指标体系。

With the development of the smart distribution network, there will appear the tremendous and scattered distributed generations, as well as the demand resources will participate in the optimal grid operation extensively and actively. With the launching of the new round of electric power reform, the impacts of the distributed generations and demand resources shall be taken into account when planning the annual operation mode of the smart distribution network in China. Thus the planning principles for annual operation mode of the smart distribution network are formed, and then a comprehensive evaluation index system is proposed.
