摘要
针对教师专业发展内涵中的课堂教学技能开展研究,在理论研究、准实验研究与评价研究的基础上,了解国内外教师专业发展的研究现状,构建微视频促进教师专业发展的模式,开展单组前测后测准实验研究,利用SPSS分析教师专业发展模式的应用效果。
The paper studied the class teaching skills of the connotation of teacher professional development. Based on the Research of theoretical research, quasi experimental research and evaluation research, the paper comprehend the current situation of teachers' professional development at home and abroad,constructed the model of teacher professional development promoted by micro video,and carried out experimental study on single group pre-test, analyzed the application eff ect of the model of teacher professional development by SPSS.
