According to the requirements of excellent teaching training plan, to settle the existing problems in cultivating physical normal students. Many strategies have been adopted for enhancing basic teaching skills, for example, establishing the first class for teaching ability practice, reforming the teaching and examination methods of physics teaching theory course, ensuring and improving teaching practice quality,as well as improving teaching research ability, so as to cultivate the excellent physical teachers for middle school.
