摘要
目的:分析磁力导航髓内钉与传统髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折的创伤程度及骨代谢差异。方法:96例股骨干骨折患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组患者接受传统髓内钉内固定治疗,观察组患者接受磁力导航髓内钉内固定治疗,对比两组患者的治疗后疼痛应激、炎症应激及骨代谢情况差异。结果:观察组患者的术后疼痛应激指标NPY、5-HT、β-EP、SP、NGF、PGI2含量低于对照组患者;炎症应激指标IL-4、IL-10、TGFβ含量高于对照组患者,IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6含量低于对照组患者;骨转化生化标志物BALP、P1NP、P1CP、OPG、OC含量高于对照组患者,TRAP、IGF-1、Cat K、PYD、DPD含量低于对照组患者。结论:磁力导航髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折,创伤程度较小,有助于患者术后的骨折端早期愈合。
Objective:To analyze the differences in trauma and bone metabolism between magnetic-navigation intramed-ullary nail and traditional intramedullary nail inner-fixation treatment of femoral shaft fracture.Methods:A total of 96 patients with femoral shaft fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group received traditional intramedullary nail inner-fixation treatment,observation group received magnetic-navigation intramedullary nail inner-fixation treatment,and then the differences in pain stress,inflammation stress and bone metabolism were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:Pain stress indexes NPY,5-HT,β-EP,SP,NGF and PGI2 content of observation group after operation were lower than those of control group;inflammation stress indexes IL-4,IL-10 and TGFβcontent were higher than those of control group while IFN-γ,IL-1βand IL-6 content were lower than those of control group;bone-turnover biochemical markers BALP,P1NP,P1CP,OPG and OC content were higher than those of control group while TRAP,IGF-1,Cat K, PYD and DPD content were lower than those of control group.Conclusions:Magnetic-navigation intramedullary nail inner-fixa-tion treatment of femoral shaft fracture is with smaller degree of trauma,and helps the postoperative early fracture end healing in patients.
