摘要
目的:观察放疗对乳腺癌患者肿瘤标志物及T细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取于我院接受放射治疗的乳腺癌患者30例,使用流式细胞仪测定放疗前后患者外周血T淋巴细胞水平,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值,采用化学发光免疫分析法测定外周血清中肿瘤标志物浓度变化,并对健康对照组进行对比分析。结果:研究组放疗前外周血清中CA15-3、CA125、AFP、CEA浓度均明显高于对照组,放疗后外周血清中CA15-3、CA125、AFP、CEA浓度较放疗前明显下降,但放疗后外周血清中CA15-3、CA125、AFP、CEA浓度仍显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组放疗前CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组放疗后CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+比值均较放疗前明显降低,且低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放疗可导致乳腺癌患者紊乱的免疫功能进一步恶化,治疗过程中应严密监测患者T细胞亚群水平及肿瘤标志物浓度变化,以准确判定疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of radiotherapy on tumor markers and T cell subsets in patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 30 patients with breast cancer who were admitted in our hospital from January,2014 to January, 201 5 for radiotherapy were included in the study.FCM was used to detect the peripheral blood T lymphocyte level,CD3 +, CD4+,and CD8+ levels,and CD4 +/CD8 + before and after radiotherapy.The chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect the peripheral serum tumor marker concentration.The comparative analysis was performed with the healthy control group.Results:The peripheral serum CA1 5-3,CA125,AFP,and CEA levels before radiotherapy in the study group were sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.05 ),those levels after radiotherapy were significantly reduced when compared with before radiotherapy (P 〈0.05),but those levels after radiotherapy were still significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.05).CD3 + and CD4 + levels and CD4 +/CD8 + before radiotherapy in the study group were significant-ly lower than those in the control group (P 〈0.05),those levels after radiotherapy were significantly reduced when compared with before radiotherapy (P 〈0.05),but those levels after radiotherapy were still significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈0.05).Conclusions:Radiotherapy can cause a further deterioration of immune dysfunction in patients with breast cancer.During the treatment process,T cell subset level and tumor marker concentration should be closely monitored to accu-rately estimate the efficacy.
