远志茯神口服液对昆明小鼠的抗应激作用

Anti-stress Effects of Polygalaand Poria cocos Oral Liquid in Kunming Mice

为探讨远志茯神口服液的抗应激作用,以昆明小鼠为实验动物,研究了不同剂量的远志茯神口服液对慢性应激小鼠生长指标、血清酶活性和免疫球蛋白的影响,以及其对急性应激小鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴(HPA)的影响。结果显示,一定剂量的远志茯神口服液能显著降低应激小鼠的悬尾不动时间(P<0.05);显著抑制应激小鼠料重比(P<0.05)和血清酶指标的异常升高(P<0.05),以及应激小鼠血清免疫球蛋白水平的降低(P<0.05);还能显著抑制应激小鼠ACTH和COR的释放(P<0.05)。表明远志茯神口服液对悬尾昆明小鼠有显著的抗应激作用。

To investigate the anti-stress effects of Polygalaand Poria cocos oral liquid,this experiment took Kunming mice as experimental animals,detailedly studied the effects of the different doses of Polygalaand Poria cocos oral liquid on growth index,serum enzyme activities,the levels of immunoglobulins in mice with chronic stress,and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal cortical axis（HPA）in mice with acute stress.The results showed that a certain dose of Polygalaand Poria cocos oral liquid can significantly reduce the immobility time of suspension tail in mice（P〈0.05）,inhibit the feed-weight ratio and abnormal elevations of serum enzymes in mice with chronic stress（P〈0.05）,as well as the decrease of immunoglobulin levels（P〈0.05）and the releases of ACTH and COR in mice with acute stress.The result indicated the Polygala and Poria cocos oral liquid has prominent anti-stress effect in Kunming mice.
