FPCB对表面处理工艺要求也越来越高,主要表现为在同一产品表面上同时存在多种表面处理方式。由于每种表面处理工艺使用到化学药水特性不同,必须逐一对产品表面进行加工,且在进行混合多次加工前需对产品不同区域表面进行保护处理,以防出现漏镀、渗镀及表面残胶等品质异常。
