教师人力资本与社会资本对学生表现的影响——以黑龙江省部分高校为例

摘要 学生表现的好坏与教师所具有的专业知识和技能,教师个体之间的信任水平、关系结构和内容有着密切联系。通过设计代表教师人力资本、社会资本和学生表现的一系列指标,基于黑龙江省部分高校的问卷调查数据,从个人层面和团队层面实证检验教师人力资本和社会资本对学生表现的影响,研究结果表明:教师的个体人力资本、横向社会资本、纵向社会资本均与学生表现正相关;总体来看,无论是在个体层面还是在团队层面,教师的社会资本对学生表现的影响均强于教师个体人力资本对学生表现的影响。 Students' performance is closely related to the professional knowledge and skills, the level of trust among teachers, the structure and content of the relationship between teachers and students. Through designing a series of indicators standing for human capital, social capital and students' performance, on the basis of the questionnaire data of some colleges and universi- ties in Heilongjiang Province, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the effect of teachers' human capital and social capital on students' performance from individual level and team horizontal. The results show teacher's individual human capital, hori- zontal social capital and vertical social capital are positively related to the students' performance. To sum up, both in the indi- vidual level or in the team level, the effect of the social capital of teachers on students' performance is stronger than the effect of the individual human capital on students' performance.
