移动互联网对高职实训教师专业发展的挑战与对策

The Challenge and Countermeasures of Mobile Internet to the Professional Development of Higher Vocational Teacher Training

移动互联网时代的到来,给教育领域带来了深刻的影响及变革。本文首先阐述了高职院校实训教师专业发展的内涵、现状以及移动互联网对其带来的挑战;然后从增加自主学习能力、提升专业技术技能、促进专业转型与升级等方面详细阐述了高职实训教师在移动互联网环境下开展专业发展的应对之策;最后分析了高职实训教师在移动互联网环境下成功应对专业发展之后的积极效果,并建议高职院校更多地从机制体制、学校政策与资金等多个方面对实训教师专业发展予以支持与重视。

With the arrival of the mobile Internet, a profound impact and change have been brought to the education area. At the beginning, this paper explains the content of professional development of higher vocational college teachers, the current situation and challenges brought by the mobile Internet. Then, some countermeasures of how teachers making professional development have been proposed. They include increasing autonomous learning ability, improving professional and technical skills, promoting professional transformation and upgrading. Finally, this paper analyzes the positive effect of dealing with professional development when vocational training teachers are under the environment of mobile Internet. Suggestions on supporting and paying attention to the professional development of training teacher have been made. Colleges can do it through several ways, such as, support from mechanism system, school policy and funds.
