摘要
为了探索静脉用药调配中心适宜的绩效管理办法,推动业务能力和管理水平的提升,我院自行设计了静脉用药调配中心绩效方案,并进行了具体测算与实施。对该方案的实施效果进行分析后认为,工作量津贴、成本控制和质量考核三者相结合的科室绩效考核已初见成效,但在细化内部岗位管理与绩效考核、探索应用平衡计分卡等考核办法、完善收费标准等方面尚需进一步改进。
To explore an appropriate management method for the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services and promote the improvement of professional ability and management level, the hospital independently designs a performance scheme for the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services and carries out specific measurement, calculation, and implementation. After the analysis on the implementation effect of this scheme, it is thought that the combination of workload allowance, cost control, and quality assessment has achieved initial success but still needs further improvement in the aspects of refining internal post management and performance appraisal, exploring and applying appraisal methods like balanced score card, and improving charging standards.
