摘要
矫顽力是铁磁性材料磁滞回线的一个重要参数,当材料受到应力作用而发生形变时,材料的磁畴结构发生变化,矫顽力会发生变化,因此矫顽力可以反映材料的受力状态。研究了钢板矫顽力测量机理,设计了钢板矫顽力测量系统,使用U型传感器对不同应力作用下的钢板进行测量。结果表明:拉应力作用时,在平行于应力方向进行磁化,矫顽力变小;压应力作用时,在垂直于应力方向进行磁化,矫顽力变小;随着应力集中的程度加深,矫顽力进一步变小。
Coercivity is one of the important parameters of hysteresis loop of ferromagnetic material.When the material is subjected to stress and deformation occurs, the domain structure of material and the eoercivity will change, therefore, the coercivity can reflect the stress state of the material.The measuring mechanism of the coereivity of steel plate was studied ,the measurement system of the coercivity of steel plate was designed and the U type sensor to measure the steel plate under different stresses was used.The results indicate that at the action of tensile stress and magnetized in the direction in parallel to the stress, the coereivity becomes smaller.And at the action of compressive stress and magnetized in the direction perpendicular to the stress, the coercivity becomes smaller.With the increase of stress concentration, the eoercivity is further reduced.
