摘要
高压开关柜的温度实时监测是其安全稳定运行的重要保证。针对现有高压开关柜测温技术的不足,设计了基于声表面波射频识别(SAW-RFID)技术的无源无线监测系统。文中首先详细介绍了标签叉指换能器、反射栅和天线的设计,再对标签进行一点校准,并基于该系统在开关柜内进行了测试,实验结果证明了该系统的可行性,完成了开关柜温度数据的采集、传输和处理,实现了开关柜温度的远程实时监测。
Temperature's real-time monitoring of high-voltage switchgear is vital for its stable operation.Aiming at the short- comings of the existing high-voltage switchgear temperature measurement technology, a passive wireless monitoring system based on SAW-RFID( Surface Acoustic Wave Radio Frequency Identification) was designed.Firstly, the design of inter digital transducer, reflecting grating and antenna were introduced in detail, including the design of interdigital transducer,reflector and antenna, one-point calibration for the tagwas completed and experiments were made in the switchgear based on the SAW-RFID system.The measurement results prove the feasibility of the system, completing switehgear data collection, transmission and processing process,thus realizing remote real-time monitoring of the switchgear's temperature.
