亚砜类化合物的合成及其脱硫性能研究

摘要 合成了一系列含有亚砜基团的亚砜类化合物(甲基苯基亚砜、2-氯乙基苯基亚砜、乙烯基苯基亚砜),并对合成的亚砜类化合物进行脱硫性能测定,筛选出脱硫性能好的2-氯乙基苯基亚砜。系统考察了温度与SO_2分压对2-氯乙基苯基亚砜脱硫性能的影响,并对其循环使用性能进行了测定。结果表明:在20℃时1 mol 2-氯乙基苯基亚砜可吸收SO_2达2.33 mol以上,温度升高,2-氯乙基苯基亚砜的脱硫性能下降;随着SO_2分压的增大,2-氯乙基苯基亚砜吸收SO_2的量呈现增大的趋势。2-氯乙基苯基亚砜具有良好的脱硫及再生性能,循环使用5次以上其脱硫能力不变。亚砜类化合物对SO_2的吸收为物理吸收。 A series of sulfoxide-based compounds including 2-chloride ethylbenzene sulfoxide, methylbenzene sulfoxide and divinylbenzene sulfoxide are synthesized. Their absorption and desorption performance of SO2 are investigated. The results show that 2-chloride ethylbenzene sulfoxide whose saturated molar ratio of SO2 at 20℃is 2. 33 mol/mol ,has the best absorption performance. Its SOz absorption capacity is significantly increased when the temperature is decreased or the partial pressure of SO2 is increased. In addition ,2-chloride ethylbenzene sulfoxide saturated with SO2 is easier to desorb and could be recycled at least 6 times without loss of initial performance. The FTIR of SO2-free and SO2-absorbed samples would support that the interactions between SO2 molecule and 2-chloride ethylbenzene sulfoxide are physical interactions.
