中药提取液蒸发浓缩过程采用机械蒸汽再压缩技术特性研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了解决一些具有高黏度、易结垢性质的热敏性中药提取液的蒸发浓缩问题,设计研究了一套高效、节能的机械蒸汽再压缩热泵蒸发浓缩系统,并以常见的4种中成药品(清热解毒口服液、感冒清热颗粒、六味地黄丸、天麻片)为原料进行实验研究。结果表明,这4种药品沸点温升较低,平均在1℃左右,适用于MVR热泵蒸发浓缩系统;系统蒸发量、COP、SMER均随压缩比变化明显;该系统相比单效蒸发,可以节约70%以上的运行费用;对于双效蒸发,节约60%~70%;对于三效蒸发,节约40%左右的费用,节能效果较为显著。 In order to evaporate and concentrate the extract of traditional Chinese medicine which has properties of high-viscosity, easy-scaling and thermo-sensitivity, an efficient and energy-saving Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) heat pump evaporation concentration system is designed. Four common traditional Chinese medicines (Qingrejiedu oral liquid, Ganmaoqingre granules, Liuweidihuangwan ,Tianma piece) are used as test media for a series of experimental studies. The results show that the boiling points rising of these four medicines are quite low ( with an average values of 1℃), indicating that these medicines are suitable for MVR heat pump evaporation concentration system. The evaporation capacity, COP and SMER of this system are significantly changed when the pressure ratio changes. The significant energy-saving effect of this system is also achieved. It can save up to 70% of operation cost than the single-effect evaporation,60% -70% than double-effect evaporation and about 40% than triple-effect evaporation.
