摘要
利用QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS法快速测定黄皮果中30种常用农药残留。该法先采用乙腈从黄皮果中振荡提取的各残留农药,经过PSA、无水MgSO。吸附净化后,再利用LC-MS/MS检测。结果表明:待测定的30种农药在5.0、10.0和20.0μg/kg3个加标水平下,平均回收率56.3%~109.O%,相对标准偏差1.0%~10.7%,线性方程的相关系数R2达到O.9967~0.9999。该方法具有简便快捷、成本低、效率高等优点,可为当前黄皮果中农药多残留检测试验提供参考依据。
30 kinds of pesticide residues in wampee were determined rapidly by the method of QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS. In this method, the pesticide residues were extracted from the fruits of Chinese Wampee by shaking with acetonitrile firstly, and then purified by PSA and anhydrous MgSO4, finally the sample solvents were detected by LC-MS/MS. The results showed, the average recovery of 30 pesticides ranged from 56.3% to 109% in the spiked level of 5, 10, 20 μg/kg, with relative standard deviation from 1.0% to 10.7%, and the correlation coefficient of the linear equation can reach 0.996 7 to 0.999 9. This method is simple but with low cost and high efficiency, and can provide reference for multiple pesticides residue in wampee detection tests.
