摘要
目的了解2015年厦门地区17株B型流感病毒的基因组序列特征。方法利用高通量测序对17株B型流感病毒进行全基因组序列测定,并分析基因进化特性。结果成功获得17株B型流感病毒的全基因组序列,其中Yamagata系病毒16株,Victoria系病毒1株。与WHO推荐的疫苗株B/Massachusetts/2/2012比较,Yamagata系病毒的HA和NA氨基酸序列均发生了变异。结论厦门地区人群中流行的乙型流感病毒的抗原性和基因特性在逐渐发生变异,HA和NA基因序列部分位点与疫苗株存在差异,可能导致其抗原性发生改变。
Objective To study genetic sequence characteristics of 17 influenza B virus strains in Xiamen area in 2015.Methods The complete genomes of 17 isolated influenza viruses B were amplified by PCR method.The PCR products were sequenced through high-throughput sequencing and the sequence alignment was carried out by using bioinformatics software.Results The complete genome sequences of 17 influenza B viruses strain were obtained successfully(16strains B Yamagata lineage,and one strain Victoria lineage).Compared with WHO recommended vaccine strain B/Massachusetts/2/2012,the amino acid sequences for HA and NA genetic variation occur among the Yamagata viruses.Conclusion The influenza B virus antigen and genetic characteristics in Xiamen area were mutated gradually.The differences existed between sequences for HA and NA of Yamagata viruses in Xiamen area and vaccine strains,causing the change of their antigenicity potentially.
