论中国人的矛盾观

On the Contradiction View of Chinese People

中国人的矛盾观不同于黑格尔的矛盾观,也不同于马克思主义的矛盾观。中国人矛盾观的最大特点是,把矛盾看成是一种消极的东西,因此矛盾不可能是事物发展的动力。对矛盾的解决,中国人有三种方法:"和稀泥"、妥协、斗争。中国人更看重前两种方法,至于后一种方法,即斗争,中国人一般是不会使用的。只有在迫不得已的情况下,中国人才会拿起斗争的武器。

The contradiction view of Chinese people differs from that of G. W. F. Hegel and also that of Marxist.The most striking feature of Chinese contradiction view is that contradiction is considered negative. Thus contradiction cannot be a driving force of the development of things. Chinese people usually have three ways of solving contradictions： blur the line between right and wrong,compromise and fight. The former two ways are more frequently used,while the last one is will not be used unless they are forced to do so.
