摘要
本室现有科技人员5人。其中博士2人,硕士2人;研究员2人,副研究员1人。主要从事北方梨品种资源的收集与鉴定、新品种选育、梨矮化砧木选育、栽培技术及分子生物学等方面的研究。试验区面积4.8 hm~2。保存190余个梨杂交组合的实生树1万余株;收集意大利、捷克、日本、韩国优良品种(系)58个,国内优良新品种!!!!!!1!6!0!个。
High-performance liquid chromatography was used to measure the organic acid content in ripe fruits of 'Zaojinsu' pear (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.) that had received foliar application of N,P,K,Ca,Mg or RE(rare earth) fertiliser during the tree growing season,investigating the influence of mineral nutrition on the organic acid content of the 'Zaojinsu' pear fruit. We observed that foliar application of N fertiliser increased the quinic acid, citric acid and total organic acid content in the fruit,while it decreased the lactic acid content. P fertiliser was found to reduce the malic acid,oxalic acid and total or- ganic acid content in the fruits. K fertiliser was found to increase the malic acid, quinic acid and total organic acid content, while decreasing the shikimie acid and lactic acid contents. Ca fertiliser was observed to reduce the malic acid,citric acid and total organic acid content. Finally,RE fertiliser was found to reduce the quinic acid,citric acid,shikimic acid,lactic acid and total organic acid content.
