辽宁省城镇化进程中土地利用问题及对策

Study on Problems and Strategy of Land Use in the Process of Urbanization in Liaoning Province

随着工业化和城镇化的不断推进,土地供需矛盾日益突出。立足辽宁省经济发展和城镇化建设现状,针对辽宁省土地集约利用情况,深入挖掘辽宁省土地利用面临的现实问题,提出了促进辽宁省城镇化进程中土地节约集约利用的主要措施,旨在推进辽宁省经济发展与城镇化建设。

As industrialization and urbanization constantly promote,the contradiction betw een the supply and requirement of land is becoming increasingly conspicuous. Based on economic development and current situation of urbanization in Liaoning province,in connection w ith land intensive utilization of Liaoning province,this paper w ill dig into current problems of land utilization faced by Liaoning province,and come up w ith major measures to promote economical and intensive use of land in the process of Liaoning urbanization in an effort to push forw ard economic development and urbanization construction in Liaoning province.
