电子垃圾拆解区学龄前儿童红细胞CD58的表达特征

摘要 目的:探讨电子垃圾拆解区环境化学污染物暴露对学龄前儿童外周血中红细胞表面CD58表达水平的影响。方法:采集267名儿童(暴露组132名,参照组135名)肘静脉血2 m L;流式细胞术测定红细胞CD58表达水平;全自动血液检测仪检测淋巴、单核细胞百分比。结果:暴露组外周血红细胞CD58表达水平低于参照组(P<0.01),并表现出性别和年龄差异;暴露组单核细胞百分比高于参照组,淋巴、单核细胞比值(LMR)低于参照组;淋巴、单核细胞百分比负相关。结论:环境化学污染物暴露能降低儿童外周血红细胞CD58表达水平,并致LMR值降低,增加儿童炎症发生风险。
