2型糖尿病患者自我管理情况与控制现状的相关性分析

Relationship between self-management and control status of type 2 diabetes

目的:评估2型糖尿病患者自我管理情况与控制现状的关系。方法 :对294例2型糖尿病患者进行体格检查、问卷调查及实验室检查。结果:2型糖尿病患者就诊频度、血糖、血压、血脂、体质量方面的监测频度差,在体质量、血糖、血压、血脂等方面控制情况不理想。糖尿病自我管理情况与控制现状之间具有相关性(r=0.166,P=0.000 1),此外患者文化程度及职业与糖尿病自我管理情况相关(r=0.341、0.208,均P=0.000 1)。结论:针对患者的不同文化程度及职业进行糖尿病教育,提高糖尿病患者自我管理情况,改善糖尿病的代谢指标。

Objective： To evaluate the relationship between self-management and control status of type 2 diabetes. Methods：The physical examinations, questionnaire surveys and laboratory examinations were taken in 294 patients of type 2 diabetes.Results： The frequency of visiting doctor, monitoring blood glucose, blood pressure, lipid and weight was awful. The status of control in weight, blood glucose, blood pressure and lipid were also unsatisfactory. The self-management of diabetic patients correlated with control status（r=0.166, P=0.000 1） and degree of education, occupation（r=0.341, 0.208, both P=0.000 1）Conclusions： Diabetic education should be aimed at patients with different culture degrees and occupations, in order to improve the condition of self-management, and ameliorate metabolic indexes in type 2 diabetes.
