摘要
基于主骨料填充法(CAVF)设计了20%、23%、25%、27%和30%五种空隙率的半柔性路面大空隙基体沥青混合料,通过反复试验计算确定了各空隙率下的级配碎石比例。采用析漏试验和飞散试验限定沥青最大用量和最小用量,最终通过马歇尔试验检验其稳定度确定了各空隙率下的最佳沥青用量。
In this paper,five kinds of large void basic asphalt mixture with different voidage (20% ,23%, 25% ,27% and 30% ) for semi-flexible pavement are designed based on the coarse aggregate void-filling method (CAVF). The proportion of graded broken stones for asphalt mixture with different voidage is determined by repeated test calculation. The maximum and the minimum requirement of asphalt are determined through leakage test and scattering loss test, finally the stability of asphalt mixture is checked through Marshell test, and the optimum requirement of asphalt with different voidage is determined.
