摘要 我国首次在遂资高速公路修筑了双层排水沥青路面的工程试验观测路。工程领域开展了与环境行为学的理论研究与验证。项目从关键原材料控制、噪声、刹车安全性能和施工工艺等环节的研究,解决了双排水沥青路面的结构稳定性,以及双层摊铺施工工艺的层间粘结控制标准,提出了高粘度改性沥青和粗集料控制关键指标,得到了降噪沥青路面的检测和评价方法,以及双层排水沥青路面安全指数的刹车检测和评价方法,获得了双层排水沥青路面的设计参数和施工的控制技术标准。 An observation road of asphalt pavement surface with bi-layer drainage is constructed in China for the first time. The theoretical study and verification of environment-behavior studies are conducted in engineering field. The project studies from key raw materials control, noises, brake safety performance and construction technologies, solving the structural stability of asphalt pavement surface with bi-layer drainage and the layer cohesion control standard of bi-layer pavement construction techniques. This paper presents key indicators of high cohesion asphalt and coarse aggregates control, the testing and evaluation methods for denoising asphalt pavement surface are obtained, and the brake testing and evaluation methods for safety indexes of asphalt pavement surface with bi-layer drainage as well. The design parameters of asphalt pavement surface with bi-layer drainage and technological standard of control construction are also obtained.
