陈皮提取物多种药效作用的谱效关系研究

Investigation on spectrum-activity relationship between extracts from pericarpium citri reticulatae and its pharmacological action

目的:了解陈皮SFE-CO_2萃取物指纹图谱与化痰、抗炎和助消化药理作用的谱效关系。方法:建立陈皮SFE-CO_2萃取物的GC指纹图谱,采用酚红排泌法、二甲苯致耳廓肿胀法、胃半固体糊排空法考察10批陈皮SFE-CO_2萃取物的化痰、抗炎、助消化作用,并采用双变量相关分析法分析谱效关系。结果:谱效相关性分析结果表明,陈皮脂溶性成分中有10个色谱峰与化痰作用显著相关,14个色谱峰与抗炎作用显著相关,2个色谱峰与健胃作用显著相关。结论:谱效关系分析结果能够初步说明陈皮脂溶性成分化痰、抗炎、健胃等作用的物质基础。

Objective：To establish GC finger prints of SFE-C02 extracts from pericarpium citri reticulatae and find the correlation between finger prints and its effect on dissipating phlegm,anti-inflammatory,digestive function. Methods： Supereritieal fluid extracts in ten batches of periearpium citri reticulatae were analyzed by GC-MS, and GC finger prints of its liposoluble components were established. Then experimental datas in phenolsulfonphthalein excretion experiment, xylene-induced ear edema experiment and gastric semisolid paste emptying experiment were conducted by bivariate correlation analysis. Results：Spectrum-activity relationship studies manifested,there were 10 chromatographic peaks associated with dissipating phlegm significantly, 14 chromatographic peaks associated with anti-inflammatory significantly, and 2 chromatographic peaks associated with digestive function significantly in the liposoluble constituents of pericarpium eitri reticulatae. Conclusion ：Spectrum-activity relationship can explain material basis of drug action of liposoluble constituent in pericarpium citri reticulatae preliminarily.
