超支化水性聚氨酯的合成与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以季戊四醇为"核",N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯为支化单体,用逐步聚合的方法合成第三代超支化聚酯;将其引入到水性聚氨酯中,合成超支化水性聚氨酯;对其结构和性能用红外光谱、激光粒度分析仪、动态力学分析、X射线衍射、热重分析等进行表征。结果表明:超支化水性聚氨酯的粒径分布较水性聚氨酯的粒径分布宽;超支化水性聚氨酯和水性聚氨酯都为无定型结构;超支化水性聚氨酯的玻璃化温度在35℃左右,稍高于水性聚氨酯的玻璃化温度;超支化水性聚氨酯的热稳定性和力学性能优于水性聚氨酯。 The third-generation hyperbranched polyester was synthesized with N, N-diethylol-3-amine methylpropionate as branched monomer and pentaerythrite as core molecule using step by step polymerization process. Hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane was prepared by the addition of third- generation hyperbranched polyester into the waterborne polyurethane.The structures and the properties of the waterborne polyurethane and hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane were measured with Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, laser particle size analyzer, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the particles size distribution of hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane is broader than waterborne polyurethane.Both the hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane and waterborne polyurethane have amorphous structures. The glass transition temperature was around 35℃ ,and this result is slightly higher than that of waterborne polyurethane.The thermal properties and mechanical properties of hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane are better than that of waterborne polyurethane.
