新疆南疆农村基层组织建设探析

On the Construction of Rural Grassroots Organizations in Southern Xinjiang

农村基层组织是我们党在广大农村执政的基础。随着全面深化改革的深入推进,农村社会权力结构、社会环境、利益格局也发展着深刻的变化。当前,农村基层组织建设必须适应农村改革发展客观形势的需要。本文对现阶段新疆南疆农村基层组织存在的问题进行了深入分析,并提出了相应的对策。

With the deepening of reform, the rural social power structure, social environment, the pattern of interests is also developing a profound change. At present, the construction of rural grass-roots organizations can not meet the needs of the rural reform and development of the objective situation. This paper analyzes the existent problems of rural grassroots organizations in South Xinjiang, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
