新疆高职院校大学生族际交往调查研究——以新疆职业大学为例

Investigation and Study of Interaction between Different Nationalities Students of Higher Vocational College in Xinjiang—— Taking Xinjiang Vocational University as an Example

新疆是一个多民族地区,文化、宗教、婚姻观、习俗等都有着极大的不同,各民族的族际交往不仅很频繁,而且很有必要。文章以抽样形式,通过观察法、问卷法、访谈法等方式对新疆职业大学大学生族际交往进行分析,结论显示:新疆高职院校大学生族际交往呈现出总体交往和谐,部分交往隔离的特征;个体的族际交往倾向与族群意识有关;成长环境对民族间的族际交往作用明显。应在高职院校内开设各民族文化的相关课程,扩大高职院校各族大学生的交流与交往的朋友圈子,培养高职院校大学生求同存异的交往心理状态,充分发挥高职院校增加族际交往,增进民族融合的纽带作用。

Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region, and there are great differences among culture, religions, marriages, customs etc. so the interaction between different nationalities is not only very frequent but also necessary. In terms of sampling, we have analyzed ethnic interaction of the students in Xinjiang Vocational University, through observation, questionnaire, as well as interview, and concluded that the characteristics of overall harmony and isolated parts had been presented among vocational college students in Xinjiang; the tendency of individual ethnic interaction was related to ethnic consciousness and the effect of growing environment on ethnic interaction also played an important role. Courses of national cultures should be improved in higher vocational colleges, circles of friends of the college students of all nationalities in higher vocational colleges should be expanded, and we should cultivate psychological thought of seeking common ground while reserving differences among the students in higher vocational colleges. We should make the higher vocational colleges a link to increase exchanges between different nationalities and promote the integration.
