Exploration and Research on Uygur-Chinese Bilingual Course Resources Construction in Open Education ——Taking Oral Chinese Course for Example

汉语口语课程是针对新疆电大少数民族开放教育汉语言(专科)专业的一门公共基础课程,是一门重要的兼听力训练和口语训练为一体的双项言语技能、言语交际技能训练课。借助电化教学手段,通过大量的汉语日常生活情景会话为主要教学内容,为了适应电大远程、开放特色和成人在职、自主学习特点,为面向基层,面向边远地区的新疆电大双语开放教育提供优质、丰富、可利用的汉语口语网络课程资源。

Oral Chinese, an important training course with both listening and oral practices to improve one＇ s language and communication skills, is a general elementary course for the students who studies Chinese on minority open education （vocational training） in Xinjiang Radio and Television University（XRTU）. This article, based on the writer＇ s long-term RD, discusses how to 1） cater to the on-job and independent learning students＇ study habits with the help of multi-media and plenty of daily conversation scenes 2） offer students from remote areas who joined XRTU＇ s open education plenty of well-qualified oral Chinese net-course.
