我国2005-2015年关于男性护理人员的文献计量分析

Bibliometrics analysis on male nurses in China from 2005 to 2015

目的从文献计量学的角度对我国男性护理人员的相关文献进行评析,为国内男性护理人员培养及职业发展提供信息服务和可靠依据。方法计算机检索2005-2015年发表在国内期刊中与男性护理人员有关的文献。采用文献计量学方法,分别从年度分布、期刊分布、地域分布、研究类型、研究主题等方面进行统计分析。结果共检索出854篇文献,分别发表在231种期刊上,文献数量呈逐年上升趋势;作者来自全国30个省(市)、自治区,以广东省最为突出(88篇,10.60%);研究类型以描述性研究最多(374篇,45.06%);研究主题主要分为7个方面;研究对象以男性护理人员群体为主(788篇),其中护生(497篇)为主要人群。结论男性护理人员人才培养及职业发展已受到管理者和研究者的重视,但相关研究需在研究内容和深度上进一步提升,男性护理人员自身从业人数及潜力巨大,发展前景较好。

Objective To analyze the related research literature on male nurses in China form the perspective of bibliometrics, in order to provide information service and reliable basis for training and career development of domestic male nurses. Methods Literature related to male nurses from 2005 to 2015 in domestic journals were searched with computer. The annual distribution, journal distribution, geographical distribution, research types and topics, etc. of male nurses literatures were statistically analyzed by using bibliometrics method. Results A total of 854 papers were retrieved, and respctively published in 231 kinds of journals, which showed an increasing trend year by year. The authors come from 30 provinces（cities） and autonomous regions in China, with the largest amount（88 papers, 10.60%） in Guangdong province. The primary type was descriptive study（374 papers, 45.06%）; the topic was mainly divided into seven aspects. The main research object was male nurses（788 papers）, of which the majority was nursing students（497 papers）. Conclusions Male nurses＇ personnel training and career development have received considerable attention from managers and researchers. However, related research needs further enhancement in the content and depth. The number of people engaged in male nurses and their potential are great and have a good development prospect.
