国内外护士灾难准备研究进展

Research progress on nurses' disaster preparedness at home and abroad

灾难准备是为了减轻灾难造成的不良影响而提前开展的各项工作活动。为更好地了解国内外护士灾难准备的研究现状,笔者查阅相关文献,从护士灾难准备的理论研究、维度、总体水平及影响因素等多角度进行综述,以期为今后开展该领域的研究提供参考。

Disaster preparedness refers to all kinds of activities carried out in advance to mitigate the adverse effects of disaster. In order to better understand the research status quo of nurses＇ disaster preparedness at home and abroad, the author reviewes relevant literatures and summarizes theoretical study, dimension, general situation and influenced factors of nurses＇ disaster preparedness, hopefully providing reference for the future research in this field.
