默会知识视域下高校管理智慧缺失及养成

On the Lack and Development of University Management Wisdom from the Perspective of Tacit Knowledge

高校是具有鲜明文化特质的特殊社会场域,其管理实质应该是文化精神管理,需要管理智慧介入,具有模糊性、主观性、内隐性、情景性等默会性质。高校管理的现实恰恰相反,体现理性主义精神的管理沦为依托抽象数字、机械技术手段、刚性标准进行的知识型管理。高校管理由知入慧需要做到:第一,"留白"艺术的运用;第二,激活高校文化场域的自组织管理。

Colleges and universities are special social fields with clear cultural characteristics. The essence of its management should be cultural and spiritual management which needs wisdom involved. The management is fuzzy,subjective,implicit and situational and it has tacit nature. Instead of embodying the spirit of rationalism,the reality of college and university＇s management is a knowledge-based rationalism management system relying on abstract digits,inflexible skills and firm standards. In order to transform the knowledge-based management to wisdom-based management, ＂ blank arts＂ should be adopted and the self-organizational management in college and university＇s cultural field should be activated.
