高校智库运行机制研究的价值审视与逻辑路向——基于我国智库研究文献的分析

Study on the Value of the Operation Mechanism of the University Think Tank and Its Logical Way: Based on the Analysis of Research Literature on Chinese Think Tanks

高校智库运行机制研究是对我国目前智库研究问题的延伸和探索,其实质是从微观方面对高校智库管理机制、沟通机制、筹资机制、评估机制、成果转化机制乃至创新机制的探究,从实然层面解决高校智库面临的水平良莠不齐、各自为战、运行模式单一、资金来源单一、人力资源未充分利用、成果转化率低、缺乏创新等现实问题,最终目的是让高校智库的作用得到更好的发挥,资源得以更有效的利用。文章基于对目前我国高校智库及其运行机制研究现状的分析,审视高校智库运行机制研究的价值及逻辑路向。

The research on the operating mechanism of university think tanks in China at present is the extension and exploration of think tank problems. Its essence is to explore the think tanks＇ mechanism of management,communication,financing,evaluation,achievement conversion and even innovation from the microscopic perspective,to solve their problems such as uneven level,lack of communication and cooperation,single mode of operating,single source of funding,insufficient use of human resources,low rate of achievement conversion,and lack of innovation from the reality level. Its ultimate aim is to bring the role of the university think tank into better play,so that their resources can be more effectively used. Based on the analysis of the current research on the think tank and its operating mechanism in China,the paper examines the value of the research into the operation mechanism of the think tank and the logical way of its development.
