意识形态作为文化的核心要素对文化安全具有重要的战略影响。MOOC是一个涉及政治、经济、文化、教育等多个领域的在线教育新形态,从意识形态向度聚焦和审视西方MOOC的意识形态性及其对我国高校文化的冲击和挑战已然成为时代的重要课题。应对西方MOOC中潜在的高校文化渗透和冲击等一系列意识形态安全问题,政府部门要负责把握意识形态安全底线,新闻媒体应坚守意识形态舆论战线,学校单位需筑牢意识形态心理防线,以增强我国意识形态战略思维,维护我国意识形态安全。

Ideology,as the core element of culture,has an important strategic impact on cultural security.MOOC is a new form of online education that involves such fields as politics,economy,culture,education,etc.,so it has become an important topic of the times to explore and focus on the nature of West MOOC ideology and university cultural security in China from the ideological perspective. In order to solve a series of problems concerning ideological security hidden inside West MOOC,such as cultural permeation and shock in universities,government agencies need to grasp the bottom line of ideological security,news media should adhere to the ideology fronts of public opinion,and school authorities need to build a strong psychological line of ideological defense. Only by doing so can we enhance the strategic thinking of ideology and maintain our ideological security.
