一种节能型保温炉电气设计及控制方法

摘要 结合宝钢不锈钢1 780 mm热轧实施的保温炉项目,介绍了一种钢铁厂板坯保温炉的生产过程实时监控系统设计方案。该系统能够对保温加热炉各区的温度、煤气和空气的流量等进行自动控制、显示和超限报警,并通过保温炉盖开闭控制做到有效减少热量散失。对宝钢股份1 580 mm热轧为适应硅钢生产和板坯库无人化行车改造而进行的保温炉项目有较强的借鉴意义。 With the implementation of Baosteel 1 780 mm hot rolling plant 's temperature holding furnace project,a design of real time supervisory control system for temperature holding furnace in steel plants is introduced. The temperature in each section,gas feeding rate and air flow feeding rate,can be automatically controlled and displayed,over-limit alarms can be reported in time by the system. And oven cover control strategy is also presented to reduce heat loss. It has a very strong reference on Baosteel 1 580 mm hot rolling mill for silicon steel production and the slab yard unmanned crane and the holding furnace projects.
