无水粉状AlCl_3气力输送系统的设计与应用

摘要 在C9石油树脂生产中,催化聚合反应是整个生产工艺的重要环节,将催化剂AlCl_3注入聚合反应釜由液态改为无水粉状,不仅提高了产品收率,而且简化了后期催化剂的脱除工艺,较大幅度减轻了水污染和土壤污染,既环保又经济。介绍了无水粉状AlCl_3的物理化学特性和无水粉状AlCl_3气力输送系统的系统组成,如下料组件、均压组件、注入装置、系统连接等,并阐述了该系统的几个设计要点。 In the production of C9 hydrocarbon resin,catalytic polymerization reaction is a key aspect of the entire production process.By changing the catalyst AlCl_3 charged into the polymerization reactor from liquid state to water-free powder state,it will not only increase the product yield,but also simplify the downstream catalyst removal process,and hence significantly reduce water pollution and soil contamination,which is both environmentally friendly and economically sound.The physical and chemical properties of water-free AlCl_3 and composition of the pneumatic conveying system for water-free powder AlCl_3 is highlighted,such as discharge assembly,pressure equalizing assembly,charging device,and system connection.And design highlights for the system are described.
